Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst to translate ambiguous business problems into tangible requirements and success metrics, as well as to enable actionable insights by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources. You will also be responsible for designing new metrics and enhancing existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and product success.
Responsibilities:
- Generating and extracting data needed for decision-making.
- Enable actionable insights by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources
- Design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
- Designing new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and product success
- Producing written documentation to support your work, report on your findings, and present to stakeholders when necessary.
- Leadership experience with an emphasis on guidance and mentorship
Requirements:
- Experience with statistical modeling and analyzing complex data sets.
- Strong skills in SQL and proficiency in Python
- Exposure to machine learning concepts
- Experience with data pipeline, data warehousing and data modeling concepts
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience in data visualization platforms
