شرح شغل:

• ایجاد و توسعه پروژه‌های تحقیقاتی مرتبط با اهداف شرکت.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای پیشبرد پروژه‌ها.
• انجام پژوهش‌های کیفی و کمی در زمینه‌های مرتبط.
• ارائه نتایج پژوهش و پیشنهادات به مدیریت شرکت.
• برقراری ارتباطات موثر با جوامع هدف تحت تاثیر موضوعات اجتماعی.

• علاقه‌مند به جامعه هدف (افراد زیر خط فقر).
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات قوی.
• علاقه‌مند به اثرگذاری اجتماعی و کسب‌وکارهای اجتماعی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط عمیق با جوامع زیر خط فقر.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and developing research projects related to company goals
- Collaboration with internal teams to advance projects
- conduct qualitative and quantitative research on related fields
- Introducing research results and suggestions

- Entry on Anthropology, Social Sciences or Sociology
- Interested in the target community (people below the poverty line)
- Ability to establish strong communication
- interested in social impact and social businesses
- Ability to communicate deeply with societies below poverty
