We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join Digikala Business. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding and managing our corporate client base within the B2E team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with corporate clients.
- Analyze and identify organizational purchasing needs (consumables, fixed assets, welfare, and financial) to develop sales opportunities.
- Acquire and develop new corporate clients and expand the existing client network.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial introduction to contract closure.
- Define and structure special partnership projects with organizations and institutions .
- Collaborate with finance, commercial, and operations teams to ensure effective execution of the sales and supply chain processes.
- Follow up on financial matters and collections to ensure cash flow and sustainable client relationships.
- Promote and sell new Digikala Business services to existing and new clients.
- Offer organizational welfare services such as gift cards and employee loan programs to corporate clients.
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and familiarity with corporate contracts.
- High sense of ownership, teamwork, and accountability.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
