Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of Snappfood’s head office and other office spaces to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage and support office admin and service agent teams across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Fixed Asset teams to ensure timely setup, repair, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
• Partner with the Group HSE team to maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead office planning initiatives including expansions, relocations, and space optimization projects.
• Monitor cleanliness, functionality, and general maintenance across all office environments.
• Act as the escalation point for workplace-related issues impacting employee experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in facilities or office management, preferably in a tech or multi-site environment.
• At least 4 years of experience leading teams such as service agents or office administrators.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and best practices for workplace safety.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in basic office budgeting, space planning, and operational tools.
