شرح وظایف:
برنامه ریزی اسپرینت و ریلیز با کمک سرپرست و اعضای تیم
ارائه مشاوره به مالک محصول برای ساخت بک لاگ محصول و آماده سازی آن برای اسپرینت بعدی
رفع مشکلات و تعارض ها بر اساس اصول اولیه اسکرام
تدوین و اندازه گیری شاخص های تیم در هر اسپرینت و ریلیز و تهیه گزارشات ادواری
بررسی و پیگیری استفاده صحیح از متدهای چابک در تیم
پیگیری و هماهنگی برگزاری جلسات روزانه، برنامه ریزی اسپرینت آینده، دموی اسپرینت و بازنگری اسپرینت قبلی
آموزش و راهبری اعضای تیم در راستای متدولوژیهای چابک و اطمینان از تسلط اعضا بر مفاهیم، اصول و بیانیه چابک
توانمندی های دارای امتیاز:

Duties:
Sprint and release planning with the help of the supervisor and team members
Provide advice to the product owner to build the product backlog and prepare it for the next sprint
Resolve problems and conflicts based on the basic principles of Scrum
Compile and measure team indicators in each sprint and release and prepare periodic reports
Check and follow up on the correct use of agile methods in Team
Follow-up and coordination of daily meetings, future sprint planning, sprint demo and previous sprint review
Training and guiding team members in line with agile methodologies and ensuring that members master agile concepts, principles and statements
