Qualifications:
Desired gender: Preferably male.
Degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
Practical experience and several years of human resources management in similar industries.
Age range: 40 to 50 years.
Experience in deploying and using comprehensive human resources software (priority is given to people familiar with Arian and Donya Pardaz software).
Responsibilities:
Planning and developing human resources strategy including: developing short-term and long-term goals, analyzing the current workforce situation and determining the number and type of employees needed for each department.
Human resources data management including: managing and analyzing human resources data to improve decision-making and preparing and presenting management reports.
Organizational change management includes: establishing effective communication with employees during the change process, providing training and empowering them.
Employee relationship management includes: creating positive and constructive relationships between employees and management, addressing employee complaints and issues fairly and promptly, and maintaining the organization's mental health.
Employee training and development planning management includes: designing and implementing a personal training and development system, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing solutions to improve them.
Employee performance management includes: designing and implementing a fair and effective periodic performance evaluation system, providing feedback, and providing development and improvement programs.
Compensation and benefits system management includes: designing a competitive and attractive salary and benefits system to attract and retain employees.
