شرح شغل:

• برقراری ارتباطات موثر با مشتریان بالقوه به منظور فروش سرویس‌ها و محصولات شرکت.
• پیگیری فرآیند فروش به مشتریان به منظور عقد قرارداد.
• برقراری ارتباط موثر با مشتریان در حین ارائه سرویس به آن‌ها و ارائه خدمات پس از فروش به منظور اخذ بازخورد و بهبود فرآیند فروش.
• صدور فاکتور و پیگیری مطالبات از مشتریان براساس خدمات ارائه شده به منظور نهایی‌سازی سیکل فروش.
• حضور فعال در کلیه رویدادهای مارکتینگ و بازاریابی آفلاین مرتبط به منظور بازاریابی و فروش.
