Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and processes for web and mobile applications.
- Design and execute manual and automated test plans, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UI/UX designers to ensure product quality from ideation to release.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks (UI, API, and integration testing).
- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Advocate for quality-first development practices within the engineering team.
- Participate in release planning, ensuring deployment readiness and post-release validation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of QA experience
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual + automated).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in FinTech or high-security platforms (a plus).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
