As a Product Design Lead in our Bimeh vertical, you will oversee the design process for key features and products, enhancing the user experience across our offerings. This role involves managing end-to-end design efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions. You will mentor and support mid-level and junior designers, fostering their growth and building a talented, cohesive team. Additionally, you’ll contribute to hiring top design talent. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll conduct user research, lead ideation sessions, and deliver seamless, impactful UI/UX designs that prioritize usability and excellence.
