کارشناس محصول در گروه سولیکو مسئول توسعه و بهبود محصولات جدید و موجود در صنعت کالاهای تند مصرف است. این نقش نیازمند همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های مختلف برای تضمین کیفیت و نوآوری در محصولات است.

شرح شغل:

• انجام تحقیق و توسعه برای بهبود محصولات موجود و توسعه محصولات جدید.
• تحلیل و بررسی داده‌های بازار و نیازهای مصرف‌کننده برای ایجاد استراتژی‌های محصول.
• همکاری با تیم‌های تولید و بازاریابی برای اجرای کامیاب پروژه‌های محصول.
• نظارت بر فرآیندهای تولید و کنترل کیفیت برای تضمین استانداردهای بالا.
• استفاده از اکسل برای تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌دهی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع غذایی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار اکسل.
• توانایی کار در تیم و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
• توجه به جزئیات و توانایی حل مسئله.
• علاقه و دانش در صنعت کالاهای تند مصرف.
• آشنایی با صنعت بیکری.

The product expert in the Soleiko Group is responsible for the development and improvement of new and existing products in the fast -consumable commodity industry. This role requires close cooperation with different teams to ensure quality and innovation in products.

Responsibilities:
- Research and Development to Improve existing products and develop new products.
- Analysis and consumer needs analysis and consumer needs to create product strategies.
- Cooperation with production and marketing teams to implement product projects. Data Analysis and Reporting.

Competences:
- Food Industry Engineering Degree.
- Mastery of Excel software.
- Ability to work in the team and strong communication skills.
- Pay attention to the details and ability of the problem.
