We are looking for a motivated and professional Product Owner who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading projects effectively to go to market faster, and optimize customer experiences. In this role, you’ll not only manage product development but also take an active part in software testing and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities:
Define, prioritize, and manage the product Backlog based on business goals and user needs.
Write clear and detailed User Stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Take responsibility for software testing (manual and automated) to ensure functionality, quality, and consistency of the product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, and stakeholders) to align project goals.
Commit to and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and prioritize product iterations.
Document product progress, issues, and updates, and share regular reports.
Support the team in understanding technical requirements and provide clear guidance during development.
Job requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Understanding of business value related to features and functions
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage conflicting
Testing Skills: Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming concepts and familiarity with software development tools.
Agile Expertise: Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to contribute to Scrum processes as needed
Attention to Detail and Follow-up: Ability to meticulously track issues and ensure they are resolved.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to collaborate with teams.
Software Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
English Proficiency: Strong skills in reading and understanding technical documentation in English.
