Job Description
The key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the network coverage in order to identify the low coverage locations.
- Plan new sites (Indoor, Outdoor) in order to present to the NI teams.
- Review the suggested points technically with the NI teams in order to start the rollout process.
- Prepare new sites parameters and present them to the NI teams in order to start the operation phase.
- Monitor new sites continuously in order to assure the execution of the new sites based on the agreed parameters and equipment.
- Monitor, define, and implement parameters of the Network and resolve any discrepancies in order to achieve the most capacity of network.
- Report the reasons for the performance drop of the sites and follow them with the responsible teams in order to resolve the problems.
- Handle the customer complaints in order to resolve the problems and improve the coverage in the reported location.
- Present all RAN plans based on the project schedule in order to expand the RAN network.
- Present all network simulations in order to justify the relocation, or selected locations for a new site.
- Perform field survey in order to observe the potential problems and find solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- At least B.S. degree in related majors such as Electrical Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Computer Engineering.
- Intermediate English knowledge in all skills.
- Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills.
