Responsibilities
We need a hero to lead and manage a team of data and business analysts, mentor and guide them to create meaningful and actionable data-driven business insights. empowers the team to be analytical and transfers a data-driven mindset to team members and every process in the team. Also, a good collaborator that communicates with stakeholders and extracts impactful decisions from their feedback.
- Improve existing procedures; identify the needs for new procedures; train and advocate for the team on quality improvements
- Helping develop reports and analyses. set up and maintain automated data processes
- Help advance our capabilities in organizing data, reporting on data, and helping our stakeholders get insights leveraging our enterprise data stack
- Advise internal stakeholders to understand goals and data sources and help establish benchmarks and metrics from various data sources
- Leading, managing, and motivating a team who have a mixed set of skills.
