Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Dashboards: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to various stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support Business Processes: Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support evolving business processes and product success.
- User Journey Exploration: Investigate data to identify challenges in the user journey, propose hypotheses, and present potential solutions.
- Collaborate & Share Knowledge: Work closely with other analysts and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in data analytics.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities using analytical, statistical, and quantitative approaches.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Expertise in Python for data analysis.
- Proven experience with SQL optimization, MDX, and DAX queries.
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and gathering data from various sources.
Preferred:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development.
- Experience working with large datasets, conducting data analysis, and reporting for business decision-making.
