We are seeking an execution-focused Brand Communication Team Lead to join our Marketing team at blubank. In this role, you will own end-to-end brand communication initiatives across social media, public relations, sponsorships, and CSR programs. Your mission is to strengthen brand awareness, shape public perception, and drive measurable brand performance through integrated communication campaigns and initiatives.
This role collaborates closely with the Art & Creative team and the Brand Strategy Committee to ensure all communications are aligned with brand positioning, visual identity, and long-term brand direction, while independently leading communication planning, execution, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute integrated brand communication strategies across social media, PR, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives.
- Develop and manage always-on and campaign-based social media presence to enhance brand engagement, reach, and consistency.
- Design and implement awareness and brand metric campaigns aimed at improving brand recall, consideration, trust, and overall brand equity.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage sponsorship opportunities that align with brand positioning and deliver measurable business and brand value.
- Translate brand strategy and positioning into actionable communication plans in collaboration with the Brand Strategy Committee.
- Define and track brand communication KPIs including awareness, engagement, share of voice, sentiment, brand lift, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage communication calendars, campaigns, and channel planning to ensure consistency and synergy across initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor communication activities, and cultural insights to identify communication opportunities.
- Manage external agencies, PR partners, media vendors, and sponsorship partners when required.
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of proven experience in brand communication, PR, social media management, or integrated marketing communications — preferably in fintech, banking, digital services, or consumer technology industries.
- Proven experience planning and executing large-scale brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of brand health and communication metrics, including brand awareness, engagement, sentiment analysis, and share of voice.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, PR programs, and partnership or sponsorship initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and brand strategy stakeholders to translate strategic direction into communication execution.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate communication performance data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external communication partners is a strong advantage.
- Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and capable of leading teams in fast-paced environments.
