Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and animators Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, vision and brand standards Oversee all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production of creative Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and develop creative and visually appealing graphic design solutions across various mediums (e.g., print, digital, web, social media).
- Design high-quality marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters, email templates, presentations, etc.).
- Maintain a good relationship with print and production partners. Develop infographics and data visualizations to communicate information effectively.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials. Source and manage brand assets, stock photos and illustrations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software applications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software, with a particular emphasis on InDesign.
- Creative taste that comes from a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen understanding of retail marketing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret briefs effectively and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Willingness to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a dynamic, sometimes erratic work environment, while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- Can work independently and has a sense of ownership and pride on their work.
