Hybrid Role (1–2 days in office, remaining days remote)
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and enhance our global digital marketing efforts within the education and language learning sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong digital strategies, optimizing user acquisition channels, and expanding our global footprint through effective online campaigns and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement data-informed digital marketing strategies tailored for global audiences, with a focus on the education and language training markets.
-Identify and coordinate with YouTube creators and other digital partners to align marketing initiatives and increase product visibility.
-Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities, assess demand, and define high-potential customer segments across different regions.
-Use performance data to refine pricing models, channel strategies, and promotional activities to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
-Collaborate with internal teams—content, creative, paid media—to develop and execute campaigns across channels including social media, SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
-Design and manage referral programs, subscription plans, and other digital initiatives aimed at increasing engagement, retention, and revenue.
-Track key KPIs, prepare detailed performance dashboards, and recommend improvements based on insights from analytics and competitive analysis.
-Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, new tools, and competitor strategies to keep our marketing approach innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in the education or language learning sectors.
-Strong background in digital market research, segmentation, and targeting.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
-Exceptional communication skills in English (bilingual proficiency preferred).
-Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO tools, and web analytics solutions.
-Demonstrated success in driving organic and paid growth in international markets.
-Experience collaborating with digital content creators and managing content-driven marketing campaigns.
-Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
