کارشناس ارشد مانیتورینگ زیرساخت دیتاسنتر | Senior Data Center Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist

شرح وظایف:

برنامه‌نویسی و پیکربندی کنترلرهای صنعتی و نرم‌افزارهای مانیتورینگ

تحلیل دقیق آلارم‌ها و تضمین صحت و یکپارچگی داده‌ها

عیب‌یابی سریع در سطوح نرم‌افزار، شبکه، کنترلر و تجهیزات حیاتی

ارائه راهکارهای بهبود و توسعه قابلیت‌های جدید در سیستم‌های مانیتورینگ

همکاری فنی با تیم‌های داخلی و پیمانکاران پروژه

شرایط احراز:

کارشناسی یا بالاتر مهندسی برق، کنترل، ابزار دقیق یا رشته مرتبط

حداقل 5 سال سابقه مستقیم در مانیتورینگ و اتوماسیون زیرساخت دیتاسنتر

:مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌های ضروری

تسلط بر پروتکل‌های استاندارد و یکپارچه‌سازی با BMS

آشنایی عمیق با PDU، Monitoring ،Battery ، Rectifier،CRAC/Chiller سیستم های اطفا حریق

تجربه موفق در Patch / Upgrade کنترلرها و نرم‌افزارهای مانیتورینگ

توانایی کار شیفتی و حضور 24/7 در شرایط اضطراری (On-Call)

• متقاضیان دارای تجربه همزمان در حوزه مانیتورینگ برق و مخابرات دیتاسنتر در اولویت هستند.

Description of tasks:
programming and configuration of industrial controllers and monitoring software
exact analysis of alarms and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data
quick troubleshooting at software, network, controller, and critical equipment levels
providing solutions for improving and developing new capabilities in monitoring systems
technical cooperation with internal teams and project contractors

necessary skills and expertise:
mastery of standard communication protocols and Integration with building management system (BMS)
In-depth familiarity with infrastructure equipment such as UPS, Rectifier, Battery Monitoring, PDU, CRAC/Chiller and fire extinguishing systems
Experience in successfully implementing Patch and Upgrade in controllers and monitoring software with rollback plans
Ability to fully document and manage technical communication between teams

Individual skills:
Ability to work in shifts and be ready to attend 24/7 in emergency situations (on-call mode)
Problem solving skills and quick decision-making when errors and technical problems occur
Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with various technical departments and contractors
