At blu, we are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of campaigns and brand projects. This role has a strong focus on campaign artwork, key visuals, print media, and packaging, requiring deep expertise in print production and supervision of execution.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop campaign artworks for marketing and advertising initiatives
- Create innovative Key Visuals aligned with the brand identity
- Design various print media materials (posters, brochures, catalogs, OOH, etc.)
- Design packaging structures and graphics (Packaging Structure & Design)
- Prepare final files according to print standards
- Supervise the print process and coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality output
- Select appropriate materials, printing methods, and production techniques (Offset, Digital, Flexo, etc.)
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions aligned with campaign objectives
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and visual communication principles
- Professional experience in campaign artwork and key visual design
- Specialized expertise in print media and deep knowledge of print production processes
- Familiarity with packaging structure design and production constraints
- Mastery of various print methods and print supervision
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of brand identity and visual consistency
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to present and defend design ideas
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Graphic Designer
