As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to build, execute, and optimize high-impact marketing campaigns from the ground up. This role is crucial in aligning our marketing strategy with market needs, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Development:
- Develop data-driven marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
- Plan multichannel campaigns (digital ads, content marketing, email, SEO, social media, influencer partnerships) to reach the right audience.
- Identify key messaging strategies to enhance our product-market fit and improve brand positioning.
- Execution & Optimization:
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across channels.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and user engagement, making data-backed recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to develop compelling campaign creatives and messaging.
- Leverage automation tools and marketing analytics to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Orientation & Business Strategy:
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
- Provide insights on customer pain points, product positioning, and pricing strategies to refine our business approach.
- Work closely with product teams to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure marketing efforts contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Define KPIs to measure campaign success (e.g., CAC, ROI, LTV, trial-to-paid conversion).
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Continuously test and optimize targeting, messaging, and creatives based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- A strong track record of executing and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns (awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention).
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proven expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, and performance optimization.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and Domestic CPC campaign tools (Yektanet, Tapsell, Media Ad, etc.)
- Proficiency in planning and running manual campaigns including influencer marketing, reportage, VOD, etc.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies and customer journeys.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, execute, and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Preferred:
- Experience working with SaaS tools.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and growth hacking strategies.
