We are looking for a talented and creative brand supervisor to oversee our brand's social media presence and content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with our external agencies and coordinating seamless communication across platforms to elevate our brand's visibility and engagement.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Supervise and coordinate the creation of compelling content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns and consistency in brand messaging.
• Oversee the content calendar and ensure a steady stream of relevant and impactful content that aligns with our brand values and market trends.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and social media engagement to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in brand collaborations, social media, or content marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing social media platforms and campaigns that have significantly increased brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience in agency coordination and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content management systems.
