Product Manager

*Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
*Meet agreed targets within defined sales territories in Tehran and provinces with proper pre-planning and call frequency and continuity also effective post-call reporting.
*Prepare planning, feedback, and sales reporting daily to upper-level managers. develop new accounts to increase market penetration.
*Establish effective relationships with customers, gain their trust and respect with professionalism and knowledgeable, skillful, innovative and creative approaches.
*Develop a customer database, Analysis of market trends and sales data.
*Creating and managing promotional materials to establish and maintain product branding.
*Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Monitor competitor activity to update the competitor landscape considering all aspects (price, availability, field activities, etc.) on a regular basis.
Contribute and participate in congresses and internal and external meetings.
*Utilizing working knowledge of laboratory equipment’s including: PCR, Real-Time PCR, Sequencer, NGS and Flow Cytometry to provide technical support to customers.
*Travel requirements: Rarely
*At least two years of relevant work experience.


Requirements 
*Fluent in English. (Professional in listening, speaking, grammar and writing to communicate with foreign companies)
*Ability to read and understand specialized texts, articles and manuals as well as attend educational workshops and videos in English.
*Master's degree in Ce fields.
Proven experience in scientific research and laboratory work.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Eager to learn and keep up-to-date with new technologies and scientific advances.
*Committed to ongoing learning and development both personally and professionally.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges.
*Working knowledge of laboratory equipment’s such as PCR, Real-Time PCR, Sequencer, NGS and Flow Cytometry is a plus point.
