شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی و مدیریت فرایندهای پروژه به‌منظور دستیابی به اهداف مشخص شده.
• همکاری با تیم‌های چند رشته‌ای برای شناسایی و حل چالش‌های پیچیده.
• تضمین اجرای پروژه‌ها در چارچوب زمان‌بندی و بودجه مقرر.
• برقراری ارتباطات موثر با ذینفعان داخلی و خارجی برای بهبود کارایی و اثربخشی پروژه‌ها.
• نظارت بر پیشرفت پروژه‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به مدیریت ارشد.
• ترویج و حفظ استانداردهای اخلاق کسب و کار در تمام فعالیت‌های پروژه.

This top management role demands strategic leadership in engineering project planning and controlling. The successful candidate will lead complex projects to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations, leveraging strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop, implement, and optimize project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaborations to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum, Oil, or Gas.
