ما به دنبال یک مالک محصول توانمند هستیم که بتواند نیازهای مشتریان سازمانی را به قابلیت‌های قابل توسعه تبدیل کند و چرخه کامل محصول را مدیریت کند. این نقش شامل مدیریت بک‌لاگ، هماهنگی با تیم توسعه، تحلیل رقبا و استانداردهای صنعت، بررسی نیازهای یکپارچه‌سازی با سیستم‌های دیگر و ارزیابی راهکارهای نوآورانه مانند فناوری‌های مبتنی بر بلاکچین است. همچنین انتظار می‌رود در برخی فرآیندهای اسکرام نقش تسهیل‌گر داشته باشد.

مسئولیت‌ها

مدیریت بک‌لاگ محصول و تدوین User Story و Acceptance Criteria

همکاری نزدیک با تیم فنی در چارچوب اسکرام

تحلیل نیازهای مشتریان سازمانی و ارائه مستندات دقیق محصول

تعامل با مشتریان برای جمع‌آوری و تحلیل بازخورد

مشارکت در طراحی و به‌روزرسانی نقشه‌راه محصول

بررسی کیفیت تحویل‌ها و اطمینان از انطباق با الزامات

تحلیل رقبا، روندهای بازار و استانداردهای مرتبط با حوزه محصول

مدیریت و هماهنگی اتصال و یکپارچه‌سازی با سامانه‌ها و سرویس‌های دیگر

تحقیق و ارزیابی ایده‌های جدید جهت توسعه قابلیت‌های نوآورانه (مانند بلاکچین)

ایفای بخشی از مسئولیت‌های اسکرام‌مستر در تسهیل جلسات و رفع موانع عملیاتی


مهارت‌ها و تجربه موردنیاز

تجربه کاری مرتبط به‌عنوان Product Owner یا Product Manager

تسلط به اصول اسکرام و ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه

توانایی تحلیل نیازهای فنی و کسب‌وکاری در محیط سازمانی

آشنایی با مفاهیم Integration و API

قدرت تحلیل رقبا و استانداردهای حوزه محصول

توانایی مستندسازی دقیق و تصمیم‌گیری سریع

مهارت ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی با تیم‌های فنی و مشتریان سازمانی

تجربه یا توانایی اجرای بخشی از وظایف اسکرام‌مستر

Job Description

We are looking for a capable Product Owner who can translate enterprise customer needs into extensible capabilities and manage the full product lifecycle. This role includes managing the backlog, coordinating with the development team, analyzing competitors and industry standards, reviewing integration needs with other systems, and evaluating innovative solutions such as blockchain-based technologies. It is also expected to play a facilitating role in some Scrum processes.

Responsibilities

Managing the product backlog and compiling User Story and Acceptance Criteria

Close cooperation with the technical team within the framework of Scrum

Analyzing the needs of organizational customers and providing detailed product documentation

Interaction with customers to collect and analyze feedback

Participation in designing and updating the product roadmap

Checking the quality of deliveries and ensuring compliance with requirements

analyzing competitors, market trends and standards related to the product area

managing and coordinating connection and integration with other systems and services

researching and evaluating new ideas to develop innovative capabilities (such as blockchain)

performing part of the responsibilities of the Scrum Master in facilitating meetings and removing operational obstacles


required skills and experience

Experience Related work as a Product Owner or Product Manager

Mastery of Scrum principles and project management tools

Ability to analyze technical and business needs in an organizational environment

Familiarity with Integration and API concepts

Ability to analyze competitors and standards in the product area

Ability to document accurately and make quick decisions

Strong communication and negotiation skills with technical teams and organizational customers

Experience or ability to perform part of the Scrum Master's duties
