ما در جستجوی یک مدیر مالی حرفه‌ای و با تجربه برای پیوستن به تیم مالی‌مان هستیم. فرد منتخب مسئول نظارت بر تمامی جنبه‌های مالی شرکت خواهد بود و باید توانایی تحلیل و مدیریت دقیق منابع مالی و بودجه شرکت را داشته باشد. این موقعیت شغلی نیازمند فردی است که توانایی مدیریت فرآیندهای مالی، برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک، و ارائه مشاوره‌های مالی به مدیران ارشد را داشته باشد.
وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
• نظارت بر حسابداری مالی، گزارش‌های مالی، و ترازنامه‌ها.
• برنامه‌ریزی، تنظیم و پیگیری بودجه سالیانه و مدیریت جریان‌های نقدی.
• ارائه تحلیل‌های مالی دقیق و مشاوره به مدیران ارشد.
• تهیه و بررسی گزارش‌های مالی ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه.
• نظارت بر پرداخت‌ها، وصول مطالبات، و سایر فرآیندهای مالی.
• تضمین رعایت مقررات و استانداردهای مالی و مالیاتی کشور.
• شناسایی و مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی.
• تحلیل و کنترل هزینه‌ها برای بهینه‌سازی منابع مالی.
• مدیریت تیم مالی و ارتقاء سطح مهارت‌های آنها.
• ارتباط و هماهنگی با حسابرسان و سازمان‌های مالیاتی.
• ارائه مشاوره مالی برای پروژه‌ها و تصمیمات استراتژیک شرکت.
تحصیلات:
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های حسابداری، مالی، یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• برخورداری از گواهینامه‌های حرفه‌ای مالی (مانند CFA، CPA) امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.
تجربه و مهارت‌ها:
• حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار در زمینه مالی و حسابداری، ترجیحاً در موقعیت‌های مدیریتی.
• آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری و مالی.
• تسلط بر تحلیل‌های مالی، بودجه‌بندی، و گزارش‌دهی.
• توانایی مدیریت و هدایت تیم مالی.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات مالیاتی و حسابداری.
• قدرت تصمیم‌گیری و تحلیل استراتژیک.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با مدیران ارشد و دیگر بخش‌ها.
• توانایی مدیریت پروژه‌های مالی و مالیاتی.

We are looking for a professional and experienced finance manager to join our finance team. The selected person will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and must have the ability to accurately analyze and manage the company's financial resources and budget. This job position requires someone who has the ability to manage financial processes, strategic planning, and provide financial advice to senior managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial accounting, financial reports, and balance sheets.
• Planning, adjusting and following up the annual budget and cash flow management.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and advice to senior managers.
• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor payments, receivables, and other financial processes.
• Ensuring compliance with the country's financial and tax regulations and standards.
• Identification and management of financial risks.
• Analysis and control of costs to optimize financial resources.
• Managing the financial team and improving their skills.
• Communication and coordination with auditors and tax organizations.
• Providing financial advice for the company's projects and strategic decisions.
Education:
• At least a master's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Having professional financial certifications (such as CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
Experience and skills:
• At least 5 years of work experience in finance and accounting, preferably in management positions.
• Familiarity with accounting and financial software.
• Mastery of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to manage and lead the financial team.
• Familiarity with tax and accounting laws and regulations.
• The power of decision making and strategic analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers and other departments.
