Senior Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify revenue growth and business expansion opportunities.
• Design and execute growth and development initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer behavior analysis and propose strategic development solutions.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement areas and optimization opportunities.
• Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead business development projects from concept design through execution.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Operations teams.
• Identify and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Document processes and develop operational guidelines and SOPs.
• Prepare analytical reports and present actionable recommendations to management.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with business partners and internal/external stakeholders.
• Contribute to designing partnership models and expanding strategic collaborations.
