Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative content ideas aligned with the brand’s identity and objectives.
- Design and publish engaging visual content including carousels, reels, stories, and static posts.
- Manage and maintain a structured content calendar for Instagram (LinkedIn and YouTube may follow in future phases).
- Create clear, on-brand English captions and post copy tailored to an international audience.
- Conduct competitive research and suggest actionable improvements based on best practices in the industry.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align content with strategic goals while independently managing content production workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop content strategies and translate ideas into visual formats.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar (Pro versions provided).
- Familiarity with Instagram features, content trends, and engagement mechanics.
- Basic understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn campaign structures is a plus.
- Ability to communicate and create content in English at a professional level.
