Backend Developer (Go, Python)

We are building an AI-powered legal assistant platform and are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our core team (one of Alibabagourp business). You will play a key role in designing and implementing the backend systems that power our AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support AI-powered applications.
• Integrate NLP/LLM models into production systems in collaboration with AI engineers.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of backend systems.
• Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and data engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Go, Python).
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, 
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and system design.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production services.
• Knowledge of GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of security best practices for sensitive data.
