Key Responsibilities of a TA Specialist:
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Craft and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms; actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Employer Branding Support: Collaborate on initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence and appeal in the job market.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
