شرح وظایف:
پیگیری تائیدات مجوزهای مرتبط با هر ثبت سفارش از سازمان های مربوطه
گزارش وضعیت تخصیص و خرید ارز ثبت سفارش ها، تعاملات بانکی و اطمینان از آماده بودن تمام مجوزهای لازم قبل از ورود محموله
ارتباط با بانک های عامل درخصوص تائیدات ثبت سفارش، تخصیص ارز، خرید ارز و رفع تعهد ارزی، درخواست های اعتباری و مصوبه واردات
کنترل وضعیت محموله های در راه، بررسی اسناد حمل دریافتی از کشتیرانی، در صورت نیاز اسناد حمل، تفکیک و یا تجمیع بارنامه و ارائه تعهدات لازم به کشتیرانی
پیگیری محموله های تفویض شده به شرکت ثالث برای محموله های خاص
ثبت محموله ها در سامانه جامع انبار ها
رسیدگی به مطالبات گمرکی – اعتراضات ثبت شده و پیگیری آن ها
اخذ مجوزات واردات محموله های خاص از وزارت صمت
اخذ ثبت سفارش ها با توجه به اهداف و تارگت های شرکت

Description of duties:
Following up the approvals of licenses related to each order registration from the relevant organizations
Report on the status of allocation and purchase of currency for order registration, banking interactions and ensuring that all necessary permits are ready before the shipment arrives
Communication with the operating banks regarding order registration confirmations, currency allocation, currency purchase and clearing of foreign exchange obligations, credit requests and approvals Import
Controlling the status of the cargo on the way, checking the shipping documents received from the shipping company, if necessary, shipping documents, separating or consolidating the bill of lading and presenting the necessary obligations to the shipping company
Tracking the cargo assigned to a third company for special cargo
Registering the cargo in the comprehensive warehouse system
Addressing customs claims - registered objections and following them up
Obtaining import permits for specific cargo from the Ministry of Safety
Obtaining registration Orders according to the goals and targets of the company
