Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor specific and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) in HR field
- Understand the HR needs in relation to BI and design data models to convert raw data into useful insights
- Use Power BI to develop dashboards and interactive visual reports in an engaging way
- Extract and Analyze data to make reports that support decision-making
- Build a data warehouse that stores and organizes data from different sources
- Use SQL queries to optimize data extraction and manipulation
- Make improvements to existing BI systems to enhance their performance
- Update and optimize the existing dashboards and ETL processes
- Preparation of guides and training content and help to solve the problems of other team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer, Industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Familiar and interested in the field of human resource management
- Experienced in using BI tools and systems, such as Power BI
- Familiarity with tools and technologies, such as SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, M and DAX
- Analytical thinking for transforming data into relevant reports and graphics
- Ability to implement row-level data security
- Excellent communication skills to convey needs with client and internal teams effectively
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies
