Job Description:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer with a strong understanding of B2B products and user experiences. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, data-driven, and visually engaging experiences for Iranina audience using Dataak and global audience using SUIVI. Working closely with product managers, developers, and marketers, you will ensure that our products meet the needs of international users while aligning with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities
Design and prototype user interfaces for Dataak and SUIVI, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across different regions. 
Conduct user research across diverse markets to understand global user needs and ensure cultural adaptability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into intuitive design solutions. 
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance analytics.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products. 

What We're Looking For:
+3 years of experience in product design, preferably working on B2B digital products with an international user base.
Strong proficiency in Figma.
Experience designing data-driven platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and UX research methods. 
Experience designing for global markets, considering localization and diverse user behaviors.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in an international work environment. 
Ability to manage multiple projects and balance user needs with business objectives. Bonus Points 
Experience with social media analytics or influencer marketing tools.
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
