مسئولیت‌ها:
- نظارت بر نصب و نگهداری سخت‌افزار و سیستم‌های نرم‌افزاری.
- مدیریت و ایمن کردن زیرساخت‌های شبکه، از جمله دیوارهای آتش. سیاست‌ها و بهترین شیوه‌ها برای سازمان است.
- با بخش‌های مختلف همکاری کنید تا نیازهای آن‌ها را درک کرده و از آن‌ها حمایت کنید.
- همه مسائل مربوط به آن را به طور موثر عیب‌یابی و حل‌وفصل کنید.
- کارکنان آن را با استخدام، آموزش، و راهنمایی اعضای تیم مدیریت کنید.
- انجام ممیزی‌های منظم سیستم و گزارش‌های عملکرد سیستم.

مدرک تحصیلی مرتبط (کارشناسی مهندسی نرم‌افزار) یا مدرک کارشناسی مهندسی کامپیوتر زمینه.
- تجربه ثابت شده در مدیریت و مدیریت شبکه.
- استدلال عددی قوی و توانایی حل مسئله.
- دانش گسترده در مورد سیستم ها، شبکه ها و پروتکل های آن.
- تجربه مدیریت دیوار آتش و اقدامات امنیت سایبری.
- مهارت های رهبری و مدیریت پروژه عالی.
- مهارت های ارتباطی قوی بین فردی

Join Exon Group as an IT Manager, where you will lead our IT and network administration efforts in our Tehran office. Playing a pivotal role in the fast-paced consumer goods industry, you will ensure that our technological infrastructure meets the highest standards, supporting the dynamic needs of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Manage and secure IT network infrastructure, including firewalls.
- Lead the implementation of new IT strategies and system upgrades.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices for the organization.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand and support their IT needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all related IT issues efficiently.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Conduct regular system audits and system performance reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/ Hardware and Software) or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management and network administration.
- Strong numerical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and protocols.
- Experience with firewall management and cybersecurity measures.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
