Role Summary
We’re looking for a Mid to Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. You’ll work closely with engineering and security teams to automate delivery, improve system resilience, and embed security practices across the SDLC. Strong DevSecOps and security experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly available cloud and/or on-prem infrastructure
● Own reliability, availability, performance, and incident response (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets)
● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with security gates and automation
● Manage containerized workloads and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
● Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.)
● Monitor systems, optimize performance, and lead root cause analysis
● Collaborate with developers to improve operability and delivery speed
● Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
Security & DevSecOps (Plus / Preferred)
● Experience with WAFs, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, and network security controls
● Integrating security scanning (SAST, DAST, dependency/image scanning) into CI/CD
● Secrets management and secure configuration (Vault, KMS, Sealed Secrets)
● Hardening Kubernetes, containers, and Linux systems
● Understanding of threat modeling, least-privilege access, and zero-trust concepts
Required Skills & Experience
● 3–7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles
● Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
● Kubernetes and container ecosystem experience
● CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, etc.)
● Monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Sentry)
● Scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Go preferred)
Nice to Have
● Security certifications or hands-on security operations experience
● Experience running production systems at scale
● Background in incident management and on-call rotations
