Responsibilities:

Design, review, and optimize team processes and operational procedures to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Discover opportunities to automate workflows and enhance overall team efficiency.
Manage data within the fraud project: cleaning, analyzing, enriching, storing vendor information, and reviewing experts’ performance.
Monitor and control the accuracy of recorded data in performance review projects, ensuring data reliability.
Prepare and deliver structured feedback files to support team development.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to enable real-time monitoring of project and individual performance.
Collaborate closely with other functions and teams across the organization to ensure smooth execution and maximize value delivery.
Create, improve, and maintain reporting tools to support decision-making.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s is a plus).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical/operational role.
Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages (a plus).
Ability to design and document business processes and suggest improvements.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
