Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruiting to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and interview plans.
- Create and post job ads across relevant platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, internal postings).
- Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, networking, and events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communications.
- Guide candidates through the process, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
- Support offer preparation, negotiation, and closing; coordinate background checks (as applicable).
- Maintain accurate ATS records, recruiting reports, and pipeline metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, etc.).
- Strengthen employer branding through outreach, messaging, and candidate communications.
- Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills; comfortable recruiting across multiple roles and levels.
- Experience with ATS tools and recruiting platforms (e.g., Cando, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and structured interviewing.
