شرایط احراز:
مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی/ کارشناسی ارشد
رشته تحصیلی: ترجیحاً رشته مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت صنعتی، مهندسی مکانیک و سایر رشته‌های مرتبط
تجربه مرتبط: حداقل 8 سال تجربه مدیریتی مرتبط در شرکت‌های تولیدی
بازه سنی: 37 تا 50 سال

شرح مسئولیت‌ها:
تدوین و به‌روزرسانی سیاست‌ها، رویه‌ها و برنامه‌های حوزه تضمین کیفیت
طراحی، استقرار و پایش سیستم مدیریت کیفیت و بهبود مستمر آن
برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر اجرای ممیزی داخلی فرآیندها و فعالیت‌های سازمانی به منظور اجرای دقیق و صحیح فرآیندها و حذف عدم انطباق‌ها
نظارت بر طراحی، اصلاح و مستندسازی فرآیندها، روش‌های اجرایی، دستورالعمل‌ها و آیین‌نامه‌ها به منظور رشد و ارتقای کارایی و اثربخشی سازمان
مدیریت استقرار مدل‌های بهره‌وری، تعالی سازمانی و سیستم‌های مدیریتی یکپارچه و اخذ گواهینامه‌های مربوط به تحقق اهداف و استراتژی‌های سازمانی
نظارت بر فرآیند کنترل و مدیریت مستندات تضمین کیفیت و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی و حسابرسی
نظارت بر انجام فرآیند مدیریت و ارزیابی ریسک از طریق ابزارهای استاندارد از جمله FMEA
نظارت بر اجرای پروژه‌های بهبود کیفیت و ارتقای عملکرد سازمان
آشنایی با ISO 9001
آشنایی با مدل‌های بهره‌وری (Lean, Six Sigma)
آشنایی با سیستم مدیریت ریسک (Risk Management System)
آشنایی با روش‌های تحلیل و ارزیابی ریسک (FMEA, FTA)
آشنایی با روش‌های بهبود مستمر (Continuous Improvement)

مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز:
تسلط کامل بر مجموعه نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Office
مهارت در رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های تخصصی
روحیه پیگیری، سازماندهی و نگاه فرآیندی در مدیریت

Requirements:
Educational degree: Bachelor/Master
Field of study: preferably industrial engineering, industrial management, mechanical engineering and other related fields
Related experience: at least 8 years of relevant managerial experience in manufacturing companies
Age range: 37 to 50 years

Ability to do overtime and periodical missions if needed
Management ability and decision making in the conditions Sensitive

Description of responsibilities:
Development and updating of policies, procedures and programs in the field of quality assurance
Design, implementation and monitoring the quality management system and its continuous improvement
Planning and supervising the implementation of internal audits of organizational processes and activities in order to accurately and correctly implement processes and eliminate non-conformities
Supervising the design, modification and documentation of processes, implementation methods, instructions and regulations in order to grow and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
Managing the establishment of productivity models, organizational excellence and integrated management systems and obtaining certificates related to the realization of organizational goals and strategies
The process of controlling and managing quality assurance documentation and providing management and audit reports
Supervising the management and risk assessment process through standard tools including FMEA
Supervising the implementation of quality improvement projects and improving the organization's performance
Familiarity with ISO 9001
Familiarity with productivity models (Lean, Six Sigma)
Familiarity with the risk management system (Risk Management System)
Familiarity with risk analysis and assessment methods (FMEA, FTA)
familiarity with continuous improvement methods
