شرح وظایف:
• مدیریت فرآیند تولید قراردادی از 0 تا 100 (انتخاب سایت، انتقال تکنولوژی، نظارت بر تولید)
• همکاری در انتقال، بهینه سازی و کنترل فرمولاسیون مواد دارویی در سایت های تولیدی
• ارزیابی فنی تجهیزات و ماشین آلات تولیدی و انطباق آنها با نیاز محصول
• مدیریت ارتباط با کارخانه های طرف قرارداد و مذاکره برای شرایط مالی و اجرایی مناسب
• پایش کیفیت محصول و نظارت بر اجرای استانداردهای GMP و الزامات قانونی
• کنترل زمان بندی، هزینه ها و مدیریت ریسک پروژه های قراردادی
• بازدید دورهای از کارخانه ها و ارائه گزارش های فنی و مدیریتی
• شناسایی و ارزیابی کارخانه های جدید برای توسعه شبکه تولید قراردادی
• همکاری بین بخشی با واحدهای R&D، QC، تامین و بازرگانی جهت پیشبرد پروژه ها
شرایط احراز:
• مدرک تحصیلی رشته شیمی یا رشته های مرتبط
• شناخت کافی از فرمولاسیون مواد دارویی و فرآیند های تولید
• آشنایی فنی با ماشین آلات صنعتی تولید دارو
• شناخت صنعت داروسازی و کارخانه های تولید قراردادی
• توانایی بالا در مذاکره، چانه زنی و مدیریت ارتباطات
• مسئولیت پذیر، منظم، دارای روحیه کار تیمی و توانایی مدیریت زمان
• آمادگی برای بازدید دورهای از کارخانه ها
Description of duties:
• Contract production process management from 0 to 100 (site selection, technology transfer, production supervision)
• Cooperation in transferring, optimizing and controlling the formulation of medicinal substances in production sites
• Technical evaluation of production equipment and machinery and their compliance with product requirements
• Managing the relationship with the factories of the contracting party and negotiating for suitable financial and operational conditions
• Monitoring product quality and monitoring the implementation of GMP standards and legal requirements
• Time control, costs and risk management of contracted projects
• Periodic visits to factories and presentation of technical and management reports
• Identifying and evaluating new factories for contract manufacturing network development
• Interdepartmental cooperation with R&D, QC, supply and commercial units to advance projects
Qualifying conditions:
• Degree in chemistry or related fields
• Adequate knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations and production processes
• Technical familiarity with industrial machinery for drug production
• Understanding the pharmaceutical industry and contract manufacturing factories
• High ability in negotiation, bargaining and communication management
• Responsible, orderly, with teamwork spirit and time management ability
• Preparation for periodic visits to factories
