• حداقل پانزده سال سابقه فروش مویرگی در حوزه صنایع غذایی؛ حداقل پنج سال تجربه در سمت مشابه و تجربه در صنعت FMCG.
• محدودۀ سنی: 35 تا 50 سال.
• مهارت ارائه و فن بیان خوب.
• دارای رفتار اجتماعی مناسب.
• نتیجه‌محور بودن.
• توانایی مدیریت مالی.

• تحقق اهداف عملیات فروش با اهمیت دادن به اطلاعات و پیشنهادات فروش در برنامه‌ها و بررسی‌های استراتژیک.
• آماده‌سازی و تکمیل برنامه‌های عملیاتی.
• تحقق اهداف فروش، توجه به کیفیت، سود آوری و استانداردهای مرتبط با ارائه خدمات به مشتریان.
• کنترل بودجه فروش و ارائه گزارش به مدیران ارشد.
