شرایط احراز:
حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار حرفه‌ای و موثر در حوزه توسعه بازار و برندینگ همراه با سابقه مدیریتی
تحصیلات: کارشناسی مدیریت/بازاریابی (MBA مزیت محسوب می‌شود)
موقعیت کاری: تمام‌وقت/پاره وقت/پروژه ای/مشاوره ای
داشتن تجربه کاری مفید و موثر در صنعت مواد غذایی الزمی است.

مسلط به مفاهیم و اصول اجرایی دیجیتال مارکتینگ، تحقیقات بازار و مدیریت برند

مسلط به برنامه ریزی استراتژیک فروش و بازاریابی
توانایی رهبری تیم و انگیزش کارکنان
فن بیان و روابط عمومی بالا، توانایی مذاکره حرفه‌ای و عقد قرارداد
تسلط به اصول و مفاهیم CRM و قیف فروش
توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و پایش KPIها
دارای روابط عمومی قوی، فن بیان مناسب و مهارت مذاکره و عقد قرارداد

مهم ترین مسئولیت های این نقش:
طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های کلان توسعه بازار
همکاری مستقیم با مدیریت ارشد برای تعریف، هدایت و ارزیابی پروژه‌های راهبردی توسعه بازار
رهبری تیم های چندوظیفه‌ای و ایجاد هم‌افزایی میان واحدهای فروش، طراحی و دیجیتال مارکتینگ
تدوین و مدیریت کمپین‌های کلان بازاریابی و برندسازی
تحلیل داده‌ها و تصمیم‌سازی مبتنی بر اطلاعات بازار
تحلیل جامع بازار، رقبا و روندهای صنعت برای شناسایی فرصت‌های رشد
پایش اثربخشی فعالیت‌های بازاریابی و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت
ایجاد و حفظ روابط با مشتریان و ذینفعان کلیدی سازمان
مدیریت جلسات مذاکره، رویدادها، نمایشگاه‌ها و همایش‌های تخصصی

مدیر مستقیم: مدیرعامل و اعضاء هیئت مدیره.
مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.

With the aim of analyzing and developing the market and strengthening the brand's position in the competitive market, Shifteh Arai Sharq Holding is looking for an outstanding and experienced specialist; which can facilitate and guide market development and brand strengthening with accurate market analysis, deep understanding of customer behavior and data-based decision-making.

Eligibility requirements:
at least 10 years of professional and effective work experience in the field of market development and branding with managerial experience
Education: Bachelor of Management/Marketing (MBA is an advantage)
Working position: full-time/part-time/project/consulting
having experience Useful and effective work is required in the food industry.

The most important responsibilities of this role:
Designing and implementing macro market development strategies
Direct cooperation with senior management to define, direct and evaluate strategic market development projects
Leading multi-tasking teams and creating synergy between sales, design and digital marketing units
Compilation and management Macro marketing and branding campaigns
Data analysis and decision-making based on market information
Comprehensive analysis of the market, competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities and providing analytical reports to management
Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders of the organization
Managing negotiation sessions, events, exhibitions and specialized conferences

Direct manager: CEO and board members. The duration of the trial contract: 3 months.
