Job descriptionThe abraNOC Support Team is looking for a new member to join us as a Support Specialist to enhance our cloud systems support team.As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be providing support and assistance for our cloud-based systems. You will work closely with our technical support team and engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Job description

As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be providing support and assistance for our cloud-based systems. You will work closely with our technical support team and engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Your role is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud services and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the technical support team to provide efficient and timely assistance to customers

Job requirements
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English (written)
Strong technical knowledge and experience working with Windows, Linux, and other operating systems
Good understanding of virtual machines, computing systems, mobile devices, and other technical products
Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical issues
Strong decision-making skills and a professional work ethic
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer-oriented with a calm and patient demeanor
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
