The abraNOC Support Team is looking for a new member to join us as a Support Specialist to enhance our cloud systems support team.
As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be providing support and assistance for our cloud-based systems. You will work closely with our technical support team and engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Your role is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud services and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the technical support team to provide efficient and timely assistance to customers
Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques
Prepare detailed reports on customer issues and proposed solutions
Follow up and update customers on the status of their issues and resolutions
Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and recommend solutions
Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in English
Respond to customer support tickets in a professional and timely manner
Prepare necessary reports and documentation as required
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English (written)
Strong technical knowledge and experience working with Windows, Linux, and other operating systems
Good understanding of virtual machines, computing systems, mobile devices, and other technical products
Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical issues
Strong decision-making skills and a professional work ethic
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer-oriented with a calm and patient demeanor
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Working Hours: 8 AM to 16 PM/ 16 PM to 1 AM/ 12 AM to 8 AM
Working hours for this position are shift-based.
