Data analyst expert

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our data analytics team at Crouse. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our BI solutions, ensuring high-quality data analysis, reporting, and automation. You will work closely with various teams to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance our analytics maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Design and optimize data models and data warehousing solutions.
• Work with SAP Business Warehouse to extract, transform, and structure data for reporting.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Automate data workflows and scheduling using Apache Airflow.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data analysis and automation.
• Conduct data analysis to generate insights and support business decisions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across BI platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or BI role.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Warehouse for data extraction and processing.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and optimizing large datasets.
• Experience in statistics and data-driven analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
