مدیر تولید در یک شرکت تولیدی و بسته‌بندی قهوه و کاپوچینو مسئولیت مدیریت کل فرآیند تولید، نظارت بر عملکرد تیم تولید و تضمین کیفیت محصولات نهایی را بر عهده دارد. این نقش بر بهبود فرآیندهای تولید و بهینه‌سازی استفاده از منابع متمرکز است.
*شرح شغل:
مدیریت کل فرآیند تولید از مواد اولیه تا محصول نهایی
نظارت بر عملکرد تیم‌های تولید و حفظ کیفیت و بهره‌وری
تضمین رعایت استانداردهای بهداشتی و ایمنی
کنترل کیفیت و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای صنعتی
ایجاد و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های بهبود فرآیند
برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت منابع برای افزایش کارایی و فرآیند های تولید
پیش‌بینی و مدیریت نیازهای تجهیزاتی و انسانی
تهیه گزارش‌های عملکرد و پیشنهاد بهبودها به مدیران ارشد
تضمین تطابق محصولات با استانداردهای کیفیت
اجرای استراتژی‌های بهینه‌سازی هزینه

توانایی مدیریت تیم و حل مسائل
مهارت‌های ارتباطی و رهبری قوی
مهارت در مدیریت زمان و تصمیم‌گیری
آشنایی با فرآیندهای صنعتی و ابزارهای بهینه‌سازی
سابقه کار کافی مدیریت تولید در صنایع پودری ترجیحاً قهوه و صنایع غذایی
مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مرتبط با صنایع غذایی
آشنایی با مباحث HACCP و GMP
آشنایی با کاربری، سرویس و نگهداری ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات صنایع غذایی
محدوده سنی: 40 تا 50 سال

Bachelor's degree or higher in fields related to food industry
Familiarity with HACCP and GMP topics
Familiarity with the use, service and maintenance of food industry machinery and equipment
