این موقعیت شغلی نقش مستقیمی در توسعه سبد مشتریان و رشد درآمد شرکت ایفا می‌کند و نیازمند فردی نتیجه‌گرا، منظم و حرفه‌ای است.

شرایط احراز
• حداقل 2 سال سابقه مرتبط در فروش خدمات حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی، فورواردری یا کشتیرانی
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای صادرات، واردات و مستندات حمل
• تسلط به مفاهیم Incoterms و اصول تجارت بین‌الملل
• توانایی مذاکره حرفه‌ای و مدیریت ارتباط با مشتریان B2B
• تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Office (به‌ویژه Excel و Outlook)
• تسلط مناسب به زبان انگلیسی (مکالمه و نگارش) مزیت محسوب می‌شود
• حداکثر سن: 35 سال
• جنسیت: آقا یا خانم

شرح وظایف
• شناسایی و جذب مشتریان جدید
• برنامه‌ریزی و برگزاری جلسات با مشتریان بالقوه
• ارائه خدمات حمل‌ونقل دریایی، زمینی، هوایی و ترانزیت متناسب با نیاز مشتری
• پیگیری مستمر مذاکرات تا مرحله عقد قرارداد
• هماهنگی با واحد عملیات جهت اجرای دقیق خدمات
• مدیریت و به‌روزرسانی پایگاه داده مشتریان
• حضور در نمایشگاه‌ها و رویدادهای تخصصی مرتبط
• دستیابی به اهداف فروش ماهانه و فصلی تعیین‌شده

In order to develop the market and strengthen its sales structure, Cikas Faraber invites people with experience in selling international transportation and shipping services to cooperate.
This job position plays a direct role in the development of the customer portfolio and the growth of the company's income and requires a result-oriented, disciplined and professional person.

Eligibility conditions
• At least 2 years of related experience in selling international transportation, forwarding or shipping services
• Familiarity with the processes of export, import and shipping documents
• Mastery of Incoterms concepts and principles of international trade
• Ability to professionally negotiate and manage relationships with B2B customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Good command of English language (conversation and writing) is an advantage
• Maximum age: 35 years
• Gender: male or female

Description of duties
• Identifying and attracting new customers
• Planning and holding meetings with potential clients
• Providing sea, land, air and transit transportation services according to customer needs
• Continuous follow-up of negotiations up to the contract signing stage
• Coordinating with the operation unit for the accurate implementation of services
• Managing and updating the customer database
• Attending exhibitions and related specialized events
• Achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets
