Quality Assurance/Compliance Monitoring Specialist

As part of one of Alibaba Group’s newest ventures in the aviation industry, DotAir is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance/Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join our Safety and Compliance Monitoring Department. This role is essential for ensuring that our airline meets the highest standards of aviation safety and regulatory compliance through a structured audit program and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the airline's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Prepare and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with aviation regulations
• Plan, execute, and follow up on internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments at all levels of the airline
• Ensure that all airline operations comply with aviation rules and regulations (e.g., CAA.IRI AIR OPS, Part-M, Part-145)
• Identify findings and non-conformities during audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain and manage all documentation and audit records for compliance purposes
• Provide quality training and awareness programs to relevant personnel to improve the understanding of quality standards and compliance
• Address any other matters related to Quality Assurance/Compliance Monitoring as needed

Requirments

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring principles, as well as relevant aviation rules and regulations (e.g., CAA.IRI, ICAO, EASA)
• Familiarity with aviation rules and regulations (e.g., CAA.IRI AIR OPS, Part-M, Part-145)
• Certification in Audit or Lead Auditor
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks
• Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Aviation Quality Assurance or Compliance Monitoring
