Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize firewall and network device performance, reconfiguring as needed.
• Manage and monitor network traffic to ensure efficiency and security.
• Monitor server health and redirect traffic from unhealthy instances to maintain service continuity.
• Design and implement secure campus network architectures and related security services.
• Establish and monitor communication platforms to support organizational connectivity.
• Respond to exceptional user requests and resolve network or security issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Network and Network Security teams to address incidents and perform appropriate actions.
• Manage and maintain IP telephony systems, integrating VoIP with other network services.
• Configure and maintain VoIP settings for reliable communication.
• Maintain and manage campus network infrastructure for high availability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Network security.
• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies (e.g., Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Cisco ISE for network access control and policy enforcement.
• Experience in designing and managing secure campus network architectures.
• Expertise in VoIP systems, including configuration, integration, and maintenance.
• Ability to monitor and manage network traffic and server health effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving network and user issues.
• Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and respond to incidents efficiently.
