شرکتی تولیدی در صنعت برق در جستجوی یک کارشناس ارشد فروش با تجربه در صنعت تولید و فرآیند می‌باشد تا در تهران مستقر شود. فرد منتخب باید درک عمیقی از روند مناقصات و پروژه ها و صنعت برق باشد و توانایی توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش موفق را دارا باشد.
مسئولیت ها:
- توسعه و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های فروش جهت افزایش سهم بازار
- برقراری و حفظ روابط قوی با مشتریان و کارشناسان مرتبط
- شناسایی و تحلیل نیازهای مشتریان برای ارائه راه‌حل‌های مناسب
- هدایت مذاکرات فروش و قراردادها با مشتریان
- همکاری با تیم فنی برای اطمینان از تطابق نیازهای فنی مشتری با محصولات
- پایش و گزارش‌گیری از روند بازار و فعالیت‌های رقبا به مدیریت
شایستگی ها:
- مدرک لیسانس در مهندسی برق و الکترونیک یا مخابرات
- تجربه قابل‌توجه در فروش محصولات صنعتی و یا مشابه
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی
- تسلط به زبان‌های مختلف مزیت محسوب می‌شود
- توانایی تحلیل و حل مسائل

A production company in the electrical industry is looking for a senior sales expert with experience in the production and process industry to be based in Tehran. The selected person must have a deep understanding of the process of tenders and projects and the electricity industry and have the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and related experts
- Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Lead sales negotiations and contracts with customers
- Cooperate with the technical team to ensure that the customer's technical needs match the products
- Monitoring and reporting on market trends and competitors' activities to management
Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering or telecommunications
- Considerable experience in selling industrial or similar products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in different languages is an advantage
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
