Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Manager to oversee the entire product life cycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences in cross-border payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and a proven track record of managing complex projects within an agile environment
responsibilities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure successful execution and delivery of product features.
- Product Vision & Roadmap collaboration: Cooperate in the development of the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Product Requirements and Prioritization: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, gather and refine requirements, prioritize features based on business value, and ensure development teams understand and execute these requirement.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers to translate customer needs and the product roadmap into intuitive and effective design solutions.
- Agile Product Management: Lead scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, driving efficient development and continuous product improvement.
- Quality Assurance Ownership: Oversee the QA process, ensuring all product features meet high standards of functionality and user experience before release.
- User Research & Feedback: Engage with users to gather feedback and insights, continuously improving the product through data-driven decision.
- Monitoring Key Metrics: Track and analyze key product metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions for product improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about product progress, timelines, and key metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in product management.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Deep Understanding of product manager role Across Product Life Cycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of payment and financial services, and financial industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
