Why do we need this role?
We’re seeking a motivated and creative Growth Lead to accelerate the growth of our SCF platform in domestic and international markets through data-driven strategies. You’ll lead efforts to acquire users, enhance engagement, and expand our market presence, focusing on the following key functions: business data analysis, business financial planning, OKRs, market analysis, and marketing.
What responsibilities does this role include?
- Business Data Analysis: Leverage tools like SQL, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel to analyze user behavior, platform performance, and growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, Churn Rate) to identify opportunities and optimize the user funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention).
- Business Financial Planning: Develop and monitor financial models to support growth strategies, including forecasting revenue, budgeting for campaigns, and optimizing resource allocation for scalability.
- OKRs (Objectives and Key Results): Define, track, and report on OKRs to align growth initiatives with company goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities in the SCF and fintech sectors, tailoring strategies to local (Iran) and global markets.
- Marketing: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing) to drive user acquisition and engagement, collaborating with product and tech teams to align campaigns with platform features.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product management, preferably in fintech or tech startups.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Python) and experience with growth metrics and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of business financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Experience in setting and tracking OKRs in a fast-paced environment, with tools like Jira, Asana, or OKR software.
- Knowledge of market analysis techniques and familiarity with SCF, B2B payments, or fintech ecosystems (experience in the Iranian market is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a resource-constrained startup environment.
