• انجام /پشتیبانی پروژه های بهبود هزینه و کاهش هزینه ها و انجام پروژه های بهبود هزینه برای محصول بهینهسازی
• پشتیبانی از کسبوکار با ارائه پیشبینی pnl برای پروژههای i&r و سپس ردیابی واقعیات برای اطمینان از سودآوری راهاندازی هر محصول
• ارتقای درک واضح از مفهوم مالی و ارقام کلیدی، از جمله سازماندهی جلسات آموزشی.
• مربیگری و توسعه تحلیلگران ds بهعنوان فردی و تیمی، از جمله برنامهریزی شغلی و جانشینی. تجربه حسابداری/مالی.

POSITION SUMMARY
• Support the businesses by providing accurate and on-time financial reports, and provide managers good visibility on current profitability as well as forecasting profitability for the way forward.
• Providing visibility to the management on country's political and economic changes.
• Monitor Companies KPI on a monthly basis (Specially MOGE) and ensuring YE achievements.
• Strategic business partner to the BUs (both locally and in MENA HO) for their long-term strategy as well as short term financial choices."
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Support business by providing financial analysis at product and customer level
• Ensure Pricing process is done properly and on time to maintain product profitability at a healthy level
• Responsible for preparation of budgeting and financial forecasting of all P&L lines
• Monthly updates to managements on the performance of all business units and company overhead costs
• Monitor Company’s KPI (Forecast accuracy) on monthly basis and ensuring the YE achievement
• Conduct /support improvements projects that will bring improvement to productivity and /or cost reductions. Conduct cost analysis to ensure cost optimization
• Support business by providing PnL forecast for I&R projects and then track the actuals to ensure each product launch profitability
• Promote clear understanding of the financials concept and key figures, including organizing training sessions.
• Coach and develop DS analysts as individuals and as a team, including career and succession planning.
What will make you successful?
- Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
- Strong financial skills
- Ability to work under pressure and ability to handle complexity
- Previous experience in multinational companies
- Experience in Team management
- Fluent in English & Farsi (Written/Verbal)"
